Tanvi listens and understands the problem and gives a lot of time to me to talk about things. she is patient with me when i am not able to talk freely. she uses some really simple but daily life examples to make me realise situations and handle them. i've been able to handle my work & personal life stress + manage my relationship with people really well after the sessions I've had with her.

My personal experience with them has been very positive. Tanvi provides a safe, non judgemental space where you get to learn important life skills. She articulates essential knowledge ( that is visible in their impressive resume) by explaining situations with analogies, which I find very helpful and well structured. For me, it's not very difficult to recall real time conversations even after long, but I recommend short notes to be made after every session, I usually make notes whenever required. I've been constantly learning new perspectives and tools to take care of myself due to the insights provided by Tanvi. There has never been any incident where I felt uncomfortable or invalidated, proving how inclusive and accepting she is. I am highly satisfied with the service she is providing and I have improved immensely after around 4 months of therapy as of now.

My overall experience was really great, I was able to connect with them and felt validated and safe. Gladly, I was able to work on myself and realise a lot of things that helped in my personal growth. moreover, due to the appropriate approach by the them, I felt I had the space to manage my anxiety in a much better way and also offered me with a different perspective to life which did indeed help me manage a lot of things in a much better way, including personal relationship, helped me work on my self esteem and manage my triggers well.

I am really Thankful of Tanvi from bottom of my heart.

We usually scared of such therapies why n what is the need of this. But actually it give wonderful dimension to your existence and you start experiencing good in self and others.

For me Tanvi has always been amazing listener, understand and gave me a dynamic reasons to think and resolve my concerns helped me understand how to handle certain things from react to respond. I have been struggling with so many issues like overthinking, unable to put my feelings in words, how to deal in the situation where i most of the time feel trapped due to lack of understanding and many more. She is always my go to person I more than therapist she always seemed out to be friend. A friend who is non judgmental who don’t teach you but help you to understand others and make best out of you.
