He listen everything and respond according, but he asked for double fees and can asked even higher as his words indicating

Thanks for ur kind words. Consultation fees depends on time and as explained clearly on booking it’s for 15 mins. You were given appropriate time 45 mins and that too half hour beyond my closing time. Even then you were not charged double fees as you have written but less.
