My wife was diagnosed with pcod issues, high blood pressure, obesity leading to irregular periods and other consequences followed and our gynaecologist refferred to her. Dr. Anjana has been such a wonderful doctor who has guided us through thick and thin fr the past 8months. She used to make diet charts according to your lifestyle and food habits and the food she used to include in the diet were always convenient to make at regular households thats where she stamds out from others. She used to keep a close check evry weekend with the bp and weight so tht both goes hand in hand.She was not only recommending diets but on the other hand she used to chat a lot in tht brief meeting trying to understand the patients mood, lifestyle, mental health and recommend diet accordingly on a rotational basis. I was struggling with my weight and hypothyroidism for few years and just couldn't bring it down. Postpartum , work stress further aggravated the weight issue. Dr. Anjana very smoothly , with her simple diet plans helped me bring down my weight from 88 to 81 within a few months. The diet plans are very simple , she is always available to modify plans as per our need and helps and motivates if we slip. She also provides tips for any issues I face like acidity or headaches or sluggishness. You name it she advices a ghar ka nuska that will help.

While I am still kilos behind my goal weight. But Mam has given me a lot of confidence that it is possible to lose weight without breaking my head or following fancy diet plans or those perfect exercise regimes. Thanks a lot Mam !
