Dr Anjana Kalia's Diet clinic

My wife was diagnosed with pcod issues, high blood pressure, obesity leading to irregular periods and other consequences followed and our gynaecologist refferred to her. Dr. Anjana has been such a wonderful doctor who has guided us through thick and thin fr the past 8months. She used to make diet charts according to your lifestyle and food habits and the food she used to include in the diet were always convenient to make at regular households thats where she stamds out from others. She used to keep a close check evry weekend with the bp and weight so tht both goes hand in hand.She was not only recommending diets but on the other hand she used to chat a lot in tht brief meeting trying to understand the patients mood, lifestyle, mental health and recommend diet accordingly on a rotational basis. She always used to welcome us with a smile and was so friendly all the time we have been in touch with her that today when we think of this journey with her from the darkness of irregular periods, pcod issues and unable to concieve ovr time really makes us greatful to her for she has really pulled up well striking the perfect balance and we are so happy and would recommend her to all such couples and induviduals to consult her atleast once to experience the magic she has a got.. I must say she is such a nice person with whom u would not only connect as a doctor bt as a friend who will always be available for listening with what u hav to say... Thanks Anjana for showing us the path on other side of the tunnel.. thank you

I am 50+ & suffer from poor metabolism with no time for physical exercise. I thought it would be impossible for me to loose weight but Dr. Anjana made it possible! I have lost 7kg now.

Over the last 1 year, she has opened my eyes to a new horizon of healthy eating and cooking. With a lot of creative cooking options, i enjoy eating the food she suggests.

She is very friendly & humble by nature. I find her more a friend than doctor. I feel confident that I would be able to maintain my weight using the guiding principles she has given me.

I was struggling with my weight and hypothyroidism for few years and just couldn't bring it down. Postpartum , work stress further aggravated the weight issue. Dr. Anjana very smoothly , with her simple diet plans helped me bring down my weight from 88 to 81 within a few months. The diet plans are very simple , she is always available to modify plans as per our need and helps and motivates if we slip. She also provides tips for any issues I face like acidity or headaches or sluggishness. You name it she advices a ghar ka nuska that will help.

While I am still kilos behind my goal weight. But Mam has given me a lot of confidence that it is possible to lose weight without breaking my head or following fancy diet plans or those perfect exercise regimes. Thanks a lot Mam ! Highly recommend to anyone who is struggling with weight and related health issues!

Dr.Anjana understands the schedule, target weight, reason, intention and motivates you to not give up.

She has been amazing mentor and friend to guide and helped me to work on myself.

The problem i have faced with other dieticians was that, they give pre planned material to follow instead to check other areas of client/patient, such as what the person want, how to help them achieve, what is the reason they are not able to loose weight,etc. but nobody invest their time. However, am happy to finally find the best.

Visited her office with the weight of 72kg few months ago and according to my height the idle weight was 58/59kg. Am 60kg currently. :)
