My father is CKD patient and it’s gone worse because of Covid lockdown, where all regular checkups got stoped and as a consequence my Dad’s almost lost his mobility and more complications have occurred. I was in a hutch of online consultation and found Doctor Sarin. I live in New Zealand, and immediately booked an appointment and Dr. Sarin called me at 3:00 am my time to send the report and I was surprised that the call was from Doctor Sarin . On appointment day it was just 10-15 minutes Talk and prescription sent to me with the guidance of diet and if I am unable to find medicines where my parent lives (Ranchi) , Doctor will send by courier. This is Awesome!!! In a month My Father’s mobility has improved a lot, creatine and urea levels Dropped. I can’t imagine how good a Doctor can treat a patient without seeing in person, Thank you Doctor Sarin!!! We are continuing our consultation, My dad has recently visited to Doctor Sarin to see him in person as he is improving day by day. Hat’s off to you Sir !!!

I took my father for a consultation with this doctor, expecting a respectful and thorough evaluation. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory.
The doctor came across as dismissive and unapproachable. ** ****** **** *** **** ** ********** ** ******** ******* ******* ** ****** *** ********* ** *** ******* ****** ******* ** ******** ** * ********** *********** ** ****** ** ****** **** *** ************** ***** ******* *** **** *** ******* ****** * ****** ***** *** ***** ** ******* **** ***** *** ***** *** **** *********** *** *************.
There was a noticeable lack of empathy and patience throughout the consultation. My father, an elderly patient, felt unheard and disrespected, which was particularly disheartening.
To add to the discomfort, the very first thing addressed upon our arrival was the consultation fee, rather than the patient’s condition. It gave the impression that the focus was more transactional than compassionate.
Overall, this was a disappointing visit. I would advise others seeking respectful and considerate care to explore alternative options.

*** ***** ** ****** ********** ** ****** * *** * **** **** ********** **** *** ***** ***** * ***** ************ **** *****. I paid his full fee i.e. Indian currency Rs. 2500 for not even a 15 minutes time of him. He was in so much of hurry as if he is talking to me for free and constantly tried to hang up the call telling me that he has other patients waiting when I had booked his appointment 3 days prior the video consultation. This started from the very beginning of the consultation, the first thing he said to me was, "Oh, I charge higher price for international patient." which I understand and maybe I would have paid him that extra money even though I paid his full amount which is definitely not low. (It is Rs. 2500 for like 5 minutes maybe) Since I was calling from Nepal, he constantly made me feel very bad about his fee through out the call.
Moreover, when I was asking question, he was getting so agitated. ** * ********** ********** ** ** **** ********** ** *** **** ***** ** *** ***** ** ***** I would never recommend this doctor to anyone, * *** ******* *** * ****** **** *** *** *** ********* ** ** ********** ** ******
He also shouted my friend from India who helped me take his appointment and he had no interest to know my husband's problem and reports. * ** ** ***** ** **** ***** * ****** **** ***** ***** *** ** **** *************** *********** ************** *** ********* I can write so many other things he portrayed in that merely 10 minutes consultation.

**** ******** ****** * **** **** *********** ** ** ****** ***** He was not friendly at all and was rude on top of that. When I was telling about my medical history he told me by taunting that Oh!! You know better than me....like dude I am paying you 2000 rupees just for consultation and you are not even checking my files or not even listening to me. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone even if they are on their last breath. Please don't visit if you are concerned about your health and money.
