I would also want to share my experience with Godiet apart from reducing weight and inches !

I belive it was not weightloss journey rather a complete transformation of body which includes everything !

Before joining godiet, I used to think that dietitian charge so high only to tell what to eat 😝 but honestly I was so wrong....you charge to tell what is good for us to eat based on various factors and decide the best for body !

Godiet team is amazingly high in patience and to keep clients motivated ! There were time when I decided to take a pause but Akshita never let me down and kept doing all the trials and suggested to keep me motivated and to achieve the desired results ! Ekta is amazing mentor toher team and shows her availability to clients whenever required and suggest the best 🙂

You people changed my outlook towards diet which is not starving rather eating rigjt at right time !

I consulted Ekta ma'am for weight loss through diet. My dietician from Go Diet team was Arushi ma'am. I followed their diet recommendation for 3 months in total and I was able to lose 4 kgs during this time. I feel much lighter and healthier apart from the weight loss. I also had vitamin B12 and D deficiency which is currently under control. They have an excellent team who are really nice and very understanding. The diet recommendation is easy to follow and has brought in a lot of order in my lifestyle and food habits. I am extremely happy with the progress and will continue this healthier lifestyle in the future as well. Thank you Go Diet team 😊

I took 2 months package from Go Diets. I am extremely satisfied with the results and the guidance that I got from my dietitian. I am extremely impressed with their follow ups .. to be honest had there not been every day following up of the plans I would not have followed my diet . My diet was always modified according to my needs be it my travel plans or Navratri fast.. everything was taken into consideration. I joined Go diets in jan 2020 and continued till March 2020 I lost 8 kgs. I started with 63.5kg and stopped at 55.5kg. It was maintained till jan 2021 and I started gaining. This it was 59kg . I haven’t lost much this time might be some medical issues like hormonal imbalances etc. but not gained also. Now again it’s 56.2kg and I am very much satisfied. As since I have followed go diets meals I have resolved acidity, migraine. I would surely like to follow the meal plans in future also. Thanks to the entire go diets team.

I started my journey with go diet 6 months ago.. I consulted GoDiets for my weight loss journey. It's been a lil over a month that I joined GoDiets. Soon after my joining I got infected with Covid. Due to this, and my prevailing health issues, I took sometime to adjust with the diet routine. Nevertheless, due to my very supportive counsellor, Dt Prashika, who motivated me and was always there to provide guidance, I have lost 2 kgs with around 2 inches lost. I'm continuing with them for now. I am confident that with continuous support of the team, and specifically Dt Prashika, I will be able to reach my aim, in terms of weight loss. Thank you again!

I started this journey with you guys hoping to get to Normal BMI from being Obese.. and I have achieved almost normal BMI moving down all through the over weight category..

I thought ill take some time.. and maintain my weight and join the program back.
