Hi I'm Shaini, 40 years old female. I was suffering from PCOD since 2017 and had put on a lot of weight which didn't go even after regular exercising and I am actually a fitness fanatic, so excercising comes naturally to me. I consulted Dr. Sharvi on recommendation from a friend(one of her acquaintances had PCOD &Thyroid issues and was able to easily conceive and had strongly recommended Dr. Sharvi). I had no particular health issue. But I was over weight by 6kgs and I was looking to lose weight before I wanted to try and conceive. I wanted to start the journey to motherhood with a good health foundation. I started out in January though there wasn't much movement on the scale initial 3 months(about 1kg less) my Haemoglobin which was always between 8-10 came consistently to 12 and HBA1C which was at 5.5 came to 5.1. Dr Rastogi really understands one’a body type and body needs. She is a great doctor and she puts all her efforts to ensure best nutrition is given in her diets. I went to Dr. sharvi when I was troubled with thyroid imbalance leading to mood swings and swelled up body post having a baby. Keeping in mind I have to breastfeed the baby, sharvi prescribed a diet chart wherein I have successfully lost post delievery fat, inch loss, combating tsh level as well mood swings.
