I have recently been operated by Dr. Shilpa and delivered a beautiful and adorable baby girl.

I really thank Dr. Shilpa for making my pregnancy journey so beautiful and being there by my side every time.

I started my pregnancy journey with some another doctor. Due to some complications the other doctor panicked me so much that i was under mental stress for long 2-3 days.

Then one of our family members suggested Dr. Shilpa. *** * **** *** **** ** *** *** **** ******** **** * **** *** *** *** *******

On the very first day when we met Dr. Shilpa, she was so friendly, so calm and advised us so well that that all our stress went off and we decided to continue further with the doctor.

Post that through out the journey even be it a very small basic question, late night message of gas, till the numbers of kicks a day we always felt that the doctor was also just a message or a call away. Believe us when we say but the doctor was equally concerned about me and my child as us.

The doctor guided us and tried every possible ways for even normal delivery but since the child had 3 loops of ambical cord around her neck, we preferred for a c-sec over normal.

We called the doctor at 2 am due to emergency situation and the doctor advised us to rush to the hospital. Along with us even the doctor was awake throughout the night coordinating with the hospital staff and then finally she helped us deliver a baby girl.

We really thank Dr. Shilpa for being so friendly, so approachable and so concerning. The doctor has a vast experience and expertise and we really thank you for your exceptional care and dedication.

I took online video consultation appointment with Dr Shilpa on practo last sunday reading all the positive reviews but now I am regretting my decision to consult with her. I don't know how she got positive reviews* ****** *** **** ******* ** may be she is polite only with patients visiting her personally in the clinic and are her permanent patients paying her regularly.

She was in a hurry while talking on the video call and didn't listen our concerns properly. At exact 15th minute she dropped the call saying need to attend other patients without listening to us. I have taken appointments with other doctors also on practo but haven't seen such a behaviour. In-fact, I have been asked by doctors to wait 5-10 minutes if they are with other patients which I have waited patiently but never seen doctor who is rude and avoid answering your questions. Later I pinged her my concerns on whatsapp as she dropped practo call but she didn't answer and asked to visit clinic. I was sure after her response *** ** *** * **** ****** and should not wast e my time.

However, Later I tried downloading the prescription she shared on practo chat as I needed that to be submitted in my office, but was not able to download the file from chat. Therefore, I had to drop her note and request to upload my prescription under practo medical records, but she responded that she don't know how to upload it under medical records. Then I requested her to send it on email which she responded that she don't know how to send email. Last I requested her to send on whatsapp which she didn't respond. After waiting for 2 days for prescription, I called her directly on her phone and asked for prescription which she responded very rudely to me and told she lost the prescription and can't share and dropped the call. *** ** **** ** ******* * ****** *** ***** **** *** ** ****** **** *** ********* And Mam, its our wish we want to take second opinion of doctor or 3rd, we don't need your advice. We paid for the consultation and you were not giving any free consultation **** ** **** *** **** *** * **** *****I understood completely why you were not interested to answer our questions, you thought we are just taking second opinion and might not reach out to you again for consultation so why to wast e time on one time patients. Guys, whoever reading this review, don't go for practo online consultation with her as she prefer only talking with her regular or in clinic patients who can pay her regularly.

Dr. Shilpa is the most friendly doctor I have ever seen. We came to see my wife when she was 7 months pregnant with lots of complications and having breach baby. This was our first baby so we were not having any idea about pregnancy issues and problems and how to handle everything. Our earlier doctor already stated during 7 month usg checkup that the baby is breach. There is less water near baby and less hameoglobin in the mother. There is no chance of normal baby and she gave 7th march date for the operation. That we decided to consult other doctor and came to Dr. Shilpa. The way she comfortable us and made my wife understand about the complications and the way we can overcome it. We followed the same steps that she advised and by god’s grace all the complications were gone and we became parent of healthy baby boy and the delivery was normal. Even during the delivery she waited for more than 12 hours for having the delivery. She not even once said we will do scissorian. Thank you so very much Dr. Shilpa ma’am.
