OCD Treatment (suffering since 2016 , taking treatment from DMC since 2019)I feel really sad because I have been going to Delhi Mind clinic,karol bagh for almost 1 year and I was getting comfortable with Dr. Sugandha Gupta but, I had a breakdown due to some life's circumstances so I got depressed and missed her sessions and skipped medicines but when I told her she talked to me rudely. Somehow, this behaviour of the Doctor had put me into more depression.Then, they suggested me Dr. Asmita, I took her 2 sessions , one in the clinic and one online. So far, I liked her as a doctor but then when I took her appointment for the third session online(due to Covid-19 crisis),I wasn't well and fell asleep on the day of my session since I was going through severe depression and wasn't able to attend it. When I woke up and contacted the receptionist half an hour later of the time of my session, the receptionist said,"you have missed the session,now you will be charged for the missed session and that is the policy."But dear ,I was never informed about this policy for online sessions. How do you expect me to remember all your policies? Its your duty to tell that beforehand. And surely, you can apply whatever policy you have to but I am saying why the receptionist didn't inform me about this missed session payment policy online? I paid the whole amount and then also she asked me to be charged for my missed session.Now I am not taking any sessions at your clinic and I have asked for my refund.My mother and sister were also very disappointed with this kind of behaviour.And I am going to share my reviews with my friends and relatives too, very disappointed *** ******* **** ************ *** ****** **** ****** **** *** ** ********** **** ***** ***** ** ** **** ** ************ ***** ******* ** ******* ***** *** *** **** **** **** ***********

I have consulted Doctor Sughanda after my first treatment 2.5 years back but i again got into the depression after the time period but i will tell u she again mai take me out of it by 80 % in three months i must tell u a doctor can't be ur friend all the time this time she scolded me and tell me the truth i might deny but her words are true i started working on it along with med i am still under her treatment but she is a god to me , doc please always be there, * * *** **** * * **** pls always be there to help me...,

I went to dr. Sugandha mam clinic today ! And it was the far above from expected experience for me .she listen to you very carefully and even if you can't explain things properly she really interprets very perfectly .this is something really worthy of money going to her ..i previously went to other doctors but they really sit to earn money but sugandha gupta mam do justice to your efforts

She is one of the most polite and soft spoken doctors I have met. While I cannot comment on the medicines prescribed to me because I just had the appointment, but judging by the way she treated me, * ***** *** ********* **** ** ********** Really pleased by the experience.

I went here by recommendation from one doctor in gangaram hospital, looking at google rating and practo rating.

My experience over here is not so good. I don't know about their goal of treating patient *** ********** ***** ********** ***

1. I consulted with Dr. Sugandha and charges were Rs.1000 for every 20 minutes. I was charged Rs.1500 for 30 minutes. I feel it is more as first consultation usually take more time.

2. She suggested psychotherapy and they have two lady psychotherapists. Ms. Nikita Jain & Ms. Ashmita. I can't comment on their therapy bcoz I went only once. But I couldn't find reviews for both of them on internet. They both r quite young and seems to be in college.

3. Every time u visit to psychotherapist the payment has to be made to this clinic. The charges for each session is 1500 *** ** ***** * ***** *** **** ** ******* I know these things bcoz I refused to go for next session bcoz of high charges, so I was offered discount. I was surprised that here also bargaining works *** ******* ** * ****** ** ** **** * ***** *******4. When I agreed to go for physiotherapy I was told that I would be meeting Ms. Nikita Jain but after finishing session came to know that she is Ms. Ashmita. I had to pay in advance before session. I asked for her mob. no. from clinic which was not given on whatapp. I think this was done deliberately.

I visited dr. sugandha for a diagnosis. I was given diagnosis of panic disordered and I urged the doctor often to revisit her diagnosis, to which I was dismissed often, saying that I do not have a disorder. I was under anti depressants for over a year with her and I chose to discontinue treatment after I developed terrible vertigo. my anxiety had peaked. ***** * **** ** *** *** ******* ************* I was finally given the right diagnosis.

I had adhd. *** ******* ******* **** **** ******* ***** **** **** ********** * ******* *** ***** ***********. I told her I feel like she's missing something and she kept missing whatever it was.

I would recommend Dr sugandha mam. I visited to her 3 month back regarding depression problem. I have seen a valuable improvement from the medications prescribed by her within such a short time period.Thank you so much to Sugandha mam🙏

I consulted him for the first time for my problem of sleeplessness. He is so humble and listens for your illness so carefully. he aims toward treating patient .I strongly suggest him .he gave us almost 25 to 30 min actually i didn't expect that .
