Aksh Clinic, Paschim Vihar

I’m writing this review as a husband who trusted Dr. Akta Bajaj at Aksh Clinic (Paschim Vihar) with my wife’s pregnancy care — a decision we deeply regret.

We visited her first on 13th April 2025, and she immediately asked my wife to undergo some tests, saying it was essential to rule out pregnancy complications. *** ******** ****** ** ** *** *** ***** **** **** *** ******* *** ** **** *** ******** *** ******* ******** ** *** ******** *******

On 5th May, we were asked to visit again. This time, she casually mentioned that some tests were missed earlier and now I (husband) also needed testing — including blood group and full-body tests. Even though I clearly told her I am B-negative, she insisted I get tested again. *** **** ***** ******** we use the same lab, and we paid ₹7100 via PhonePe again, ******** **** *** ********

The next evening, the reports weren’t even shared until we followed up. **** **** ***** ** ***** ***** *** ******* ******** ** *********** ************* ** ******** ******* ****** *** ********** **** ** ****** **** **** *** ****** ****** **** ******* ** **** Upon further insistence, we were told everything was “fine” and that we could “get it rechecked elsewhere” if we didn’t trust them. ** **** *** ** ******* ***** ***** *** *********** ** **********

On 10th May, we visited her clinic to express our concern * *** **** ***** *** ***** ******* ******* *** **** *** ****** ****** ** *** ****** *** But Dr. Bajaj took no responsibility. Instead, she was rude, dismissive, and completely detached. She even refused to give us a refund, offering instead to get the test “redone from the same lab” * *** **** *** ** *** **** ***** ***

We spent ₹11,000+ in two visits, **** ** **** ***** ******** ********* ******* *** * ****** *** ********** ********* *** ******* *** ***** ******* **** ********** *** **** ********* ** ****** *** ******* ********* ***** ****** *** **** **************

I urge others to stay away from Dr. Akta Bajaj and Aksh Clinic and wherever she is practicing. *** ** ******* ** ******* ******* **** ******* ***** *** **** ****** ** ****** *** **** **** *************** **** **** ** ******** ** ********* * ********** *** ******** ***** *** ***** ************ **** ***** ******** ******** ** **** ****** *** ******* ** **** ******

I recognise professionalism when I see it. Indeed, the most gifted of the Doctors I have had the privilege to meet. Dr. Bajaj treated me as if I was a family member. He is a competent, thorough, compassionate and an excellent diagnostician with an intuitive understanding of his practice. He listened carefully to my medical history and prescribed me exactly what I needed. I followed up with him over email and he promptly answered each concern with sound advise and reassurance. I cannot recommend him more for any kind of ailment and cannot thank him enough for the care and attention to every detail that he gave me through the fortnight I was struggling to cope with the pandemic induced anxiety. He is a bright ray of sunshine across the Indian medical landscape ... Dr. Bajaj, I just want you to know how much you are appreciated, how incredible you are and how very much you bring to the community.

I highly recommend her. She is one of the doctor who very well understand the importance of emotional changes during pregnancy. I could deliver only because she was my doctor. The way she explained things, made me comfortable despite of complexities, listened to our every minute problem, all this literally helped me in delivering a healthy baby.

Her timely and genuine suggestions from time to time helped me to overcome all stress and recover at a lightning fast speed. *** **** **** ***** *** ** once you visit her you are now a part of her family for whom she is available 24*7. No doctor takes so much pain. She did an emergency delivery for me that too on a national holiday. Just visit her once you will never have any second thoughts

Dr. Akta Bajaj is a great doctor! She is very understanding and listen our concern. She takes time with patient to help them with my pregnancy. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for specialist. She made me feel I am in good hand. Her staff member Mr. Pawan also helpfull and supportive during appointment..

I visited doctor Bajaj for my pregnancy and she made sure to make it a smooth sail. I got diagnosed with gestational diabetes and my liquor was on a lower side but she dealt every hurdle with utmost professionalism and delivered my baby boy with expertise. I owe a good recovery to ger and would definitely recommend her.

What i like the most is the behaviour and attitude towards the patient, first he hear all the problem and then explain each and every possible way to cure. He gives you enough time to discuss about each and every aspect of your problem so that no part can be untouched.
