I had covid in 2021. Post covid I went into severe depression. I was really restless, not able to concentrate on anything and used to cry like anything and felt my life was worthless and used to have thoughts that my depression and anxiety will not subside. Couldn’t do my routine course. Had sucidal thoughts also. I consulted many psychiatrists, but of no use.

Through Practo I found Dr Basir, who has 31yrs of experience. I consulted him online. He is so friendly, empathetic, understands patients symptoms very well. He has tremendous knowledge on the subject. Gives lot of his time to patients to counsel.

With his medication and counselling , I am out of depression today. Feel like I am worthy of myself , there is lot of hope in my life. Back to normal, able to do my routine courses. No sucidal thoughts today. Able to pursue my nutrition course which I am passionate.

Dr Basir also suggested Dr Rajiv Agarwal who is a very good psychologist. He specialised in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). He is also very friendly, empathetic, goes into our thoughts and makes ourselves think on our own for any situations we face.

Through medication and CBT I am hail and healthy mentally.

I suggest both the doctors for mental health issues. Because both of them have a healing hand.
