I got treatment for Paronychia. Excellent **********service (by Doctor + Nurses) on the 1st visit.
But, after treatment, went for dressing the treated area ON SUNDAY. Horrible experience. The Nurse (guess in-experienced) available there doesn't even know to remove the bandage from the operated area. I myself was giving her instructions on how to operate the scissors and remove the bandage.
Then the doctor had done the dressing & it was good.

Bad experience I had , wait time is horrible , even if we wait for whole day and if we ask when we can meet the Dr , the only answer we receive from receptionist will be “ pls wait we will call you “ . There is no token system and however the pregnancy patient even 9 months carrying need to wait for long time .
