1. We met Dr Soumya with the delay of an hour due to unorganised deal of reception staff.. Doctor has explained well. Hopefully the medicine should work..

2. The medicine given for above ₹2000/ all medicines are billed for MRP. When it is asked for the discounted price, the staff who was available in pharmacy said, as per sir, we have to CHARGE only MRP price..

I explained about discounts in Apollo, netmeds, netmed etc, he do not to listen and said this is is price..

3. I have returned the medicines back and ordered in Apollo.

4. There was no reaction from pharmacy.and staff..

5. For the delay wen I asked the nurse, she said somebody has come in the morning, ( hopefully her relation or friend or someone )you might be taken online appointment hence please wait.

The experience is ....very bad..

Excellent welcoming by Doctor. The Doctor was very patient in listening to my problem. Later, he told the reasons for headache, things to avoid, treatment without a doctor for emergencies. The Doctor advised to meet after 1 month. Though this is my first visit, I would rate him as Excellent. Very cordial staff and priority given for Practo Customers.

Based on my recovery, will review again.

Doctor explained my condition very well and also find out the root cause for my condition. Very satisfied with the treatment and explanation provided. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Only point i would mention here is that practo appointment time will not guarantee you doctor visit on that book time slot. It may take 1-2 hours more based on rush. So recommend you to go early and inform your presence at the reception.

I would say doctor is wow .His patience and caring words will makes us feel comfortable and better.Actually we went for my mom having some age related issues he took utmost care and elaborated everything in his soothing tone.I would highly recommend this doctor . Big hatsoff to the whole team
