Seethapathy Clinic and Hospital founded by Dr N S Murali began as a small practice in Luz when Dr N S Murali and Dr Sarojini Raman started their clinical practice together. It moved to its current premises in 1963. Over time, it has grown in size, and the services offered have expanded to where they are today. The hospital has been particularly lucky to have the goodwill, support and encouragement from its colleagues and patients alike. This has helped the hospital reach where it is, and it continues to motivate the team to achieve more.From a 6 bedded facility, we have now grown to having two units. In 2013, we started operations at the Unit 2 on Radhakrishnan Salai as well.At present 40,000 OPD patients & 5475 in patients are treated every year with 1825 operations being performed per year. The facilities we offer are Surgery, OBGYN, Paediatrics and Neonatology, General Medicine and Endocrinology. We also have supportive services with the availability of a Dietician, Lactation Consultant and Childbirth Educator. In the second unit, we have a 10 bedded NICU as well to complete the care offered to our mothers and babies.

we had our first ever pediatric appointment with her for our new born .. my baby's was not gaining weight , she just took two minutes to examine her and immediately proposed powder milk . we felt very insecure as this was our first child, ,we expected some care and advise.. so we eventually looked for some other pediatrician near our home..
