***** ** ******** ** ************* ******* the clinic is not what you expect it to be. It's a store, with the consultation room looking like an attic. I personally had a poor experience, as there was a lack of professionalism.I took an appointment and travelled 30 kms to meet the doctor however he wasn't available and made me wait 1 hour till he came from his home. * ****** ******* ** ******** *** ** * *** **** ******* ******* ***** ** ** *** ******* ********* ***** *** **** ********.He did not even take my permission and just started clicking pictures of my dog's medical records. *** ****** ****** ******* *** ****. He recommended the medical course which I informed him that I need time to decide on.While billing no printed prescription or test results were provided and I was charged a hefty Rs 1000 as consultation fee plus the random tests fees of Rs 600 that were run on my dog without informing me.When I contested the consultation fee and showed what's listed by him on Practo (screenshot attached here) his assistant said it doesn't matter he's charging me Rs 1000.The visit was a complete ripoff. Please be cautious and enquire before visiting this clinic.
