I have been visiting halos from 2019 and it’s been a great journey from then . Dr. Prashanthi has been providing excellent care and has been helpful in addressing the concerns and providing solutions for my skin related problems.

Her approach is thorough and compassionate, making me feel heard and understood. I appreciate the doctor's dedication to providing the best care for their patients and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and caring Dermatologist.

I had taken my aunt to Dr.Prasanthi to treat the skin blackening in her foot. Consulted couple of doctors but no one gave proper explanation of the issue or next course of action. Dr.Prasanthi gave such a detailed explanation of why this is happening which was actually a vascular problem and also instructed home remedies that tackle the issue. Such a patient doctor. Never hesitates to answer how many ever questions you ask her. Would definitely recommend her to everyone!

Also junior doctor Shilpa was extremely great. She very patiently listened to all her issues (which is quite extensive), collected her history thoroughly and provided advise in a jolly good way. The only downside is the wait time. I had to wait for about 1.15hrs from the appointment time. But after the consultation wait time didn't bother me much.

I would like to share my experience during the consultation. Firstly, the doctor did not ask about my past medical history and started writing & ready with a prescription even before listening to my concerns.
