In this world of internet where you can google anything and get answer instantly i got diagnosed with meniere disease which as always was not curable by medicines as per google, life was difficult with this disease as you never know when it would trigger , thats exactly when i met Doctor Veena, *** ** ** *** *** **** *** ****** * **** *** ** ***, she was the only one who told me that it was fully curable by medicines, in this world of data where data is accessible instantly and i had very fewhopes when she is said that i will be completely fine frankly.

And here i am writing is review and letting you know that i am fully cured and happy with the diagnosis and medication which she has provided me with in the span of last 4 month.

Please note i am not writing this feedback during the course of my medication in-fact i am writing this medication after my course is completed and i am fully cured…. I really have blind faith in her now…so should you….be sure that she is best you can get and she will do everything possible to make sure you are relieved from whatever ENT issues you are facing.

My experience with the doctor has been great: Dr Srinivas has been amazing with his professionalism, knowledge, courteousness, listening and understanding my 8 months old issue of constant/nagging hoarse voice from throat and event throat pain due to muscle spasm. His prescriptions have worked really well towards resolving my issue. Furthermore, he patiently listens and explains the issue really well and addresses the root cause. Strongly recommend Dr Srinivas to others having ENT issues.

On a separate note, my experience with a front office lady assistant at Cavalier has been terrible:

On a separate note, yesterday I had an appointment with Dr Srinivas at Cavalier Hiapital. The lady assistant (wearing specs) handling the incoming patients completely and deliberately goofed up the order of ushering in patients without following sequence of appointments to Dr Srinivas. Sequence of appointment was not followed by the lady and she ushered in 5-6 patients before my turn to doctor although those patients had booked appointment after my time. Although I reminded the lady that my appointment was at 6pm and whether she was following sequence, she unethically lied to me and allowed patient with 7pm appointment to meet Dr Srinivas begore me (I came to know when I asked the patient directly that his appointment is 7pm) even though they'd booked after my time. On hearing my concern, Dr Srinivas came to counter and warned the lady assistant stating she'd made the same mistake last time also with other patients by not following sequence of appointment and to follow and maintain a sheet. The lady showed no remorse and neither apologized to myself, not sure where she got this attitude from? Request management of Cavalier hospital to ensure that sequence of appointment is followed, valuing patients time who'd booked appointment with doctor.

I would like to write a story about our family ENT Dr Srini Sir... My Father was having ear discharge and was having hearing loss past 2 years for which we consulted Dr. Srinivas kunku, and underwent ear surgery at Cavalier Hospital . The surgery was successful. he is doing much better now. Dr. Srinivas was very supportive and gave us lot of confidence. We like his treatment and care shown to patients.. Well appreciated service.. I am writing this review after one month after the surgery has completed.Dr Srinivas had showed us the healed ear and my Father was feeling very happy about treatment thank you to Dr Srinivas Kunku and team Cavalier.

Dr. Kashif is a godsend. He’s a very patient person who genuinely cares about his patients. He relates well to people and takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on the symptoms.

He’s the best ever! Never rushed, always willing to listen and so smart. I can’t imagine going to anyone else.

He is good at building trust with his patients. HIGHLY Grateful for his experience & wide range of knowledge. I would recommend Dr. Kashif to anyone seeking a kind, compassionate, and brilliant doctor. His staff is amazing!
