My experience with Dr. Ruchika has been exceptionally well as I had severe pain in the right side of my neck going towards my right shoulder to the right arm and going till the numbness in my right hand thumb. She told me in the beginning that these kind of issues take 2-3 month in total to heal completely but require only 5-6 sessions of regular physiotherapy and any session after that will only be if I feel there’s any emergency and the rest of the job will be done by regular exercises at home and correct posture. Her behaviour towards the patients is to properly cure them and guide them well with the right guidance without focusing only on the personal gains which is a very rare quality you find with the doctors these days. I started seeing some improvement from the 2nd day itself and it’s almost a month today since my 1st visit to Dr. Ruchika and I feel a huge improvement in my condition and I can’t thank her enough for treating me and helping me the way she has.
I will recommend Dr. Ruchika to everyone w/o wants to get physiotherapy done.

My mother recently undergone Total Knee replacement surgery and post suegery rehab process of home care Physio therapy is being taken care by Dr. Ruchika Bhargava. Dr. Ruchika has taken good care and ample time to explain the process and comfort my mother in each and every aspect to make her emotionally and physically strong.

I went to visit Dr.Ruchika after an intense workout left me with swollen forearms and upper arms. She immediately diagnosed the issue and even suggested that I do not need to go for any procedures that do not seem necessary at the moment. Within two days of her treatment i started noticing significant reduction in swelling and pain. Totally recommend her
