I visited Tooth Story for my 6 yr old son for consultation of his teeth decay and fracture.

1st Visit: Dentist on duty examines, takes x ray confirms tooth extraction for both teeth. **** ** **** *** ********* **************** **** *** ****** ** ******* *********** *** ********* ******** **** *** ****** ********

2nd Visit: Senior dentist examines and sees the x-ray and recommends no extraction. Says better go with Pulpectomy and Crowning ****** ******** ******* ********* **********

A senior doctor not in the know about a patient, with all the information right there at the clinic. Wasting patients time and expectations to fix a teething problem.*** ****** ***************

I took my 4 year old kid who had severe toothache to Dr. Madhumanti for treatment. My kid is extremely reserved and doesn't open up to strangers so I feared that he would not let Dr. Madhumanti to examine him at all. I was really impressed by the way she handled my kid and established trust with him in a very short time. Although my kid still did not open up completely, but she managed to get enough for an initial diagnosis and also prescribed necessary medicines. I am thankful to Dr. Madhumanti for being patient with my kid and handing his tantrums with such ease.

She also did not charge any exorbitant fee and she explained everything in detail and in advance. That was helpful to plan things at our end as well.

When I was just starting off on the chair, I heard a mum come in the clinic and proudly, gratefully and laughingly say to Dr. Madhumanti, "My daughter said to me to wait downstairs only".

Dr. Madhumanti is extremely dexterous, was very verbal with communicating to me what she was going to do just before she was going to do it so that I would know what to anticipate. She continuously took feedback from my reactions and actively kept me engaged to understand how I was feeling throughout the process.

I've been going to a family dentist for years back at hometown, but I think I'm going to switch now.

Dr. Madhumanti explains the issue in detail and I was very satisfied with the work. I got dental fillings done, and she got lots of X-Rays done to show me the cause of the issue clearly, and explain the process. Initially we thought there'd be 6 teeth affected and would require fillings, but during the filling process, the adjacent teeth were cleaned and it was found out that the decay is superficial and filling will not be required there. Doctor Madhumanti pointed it out and saved me the money. Highly recommended.

Madhumanti is a wonderful dentist. I had taken my son to her for tooth ache after recommendation from a few of my neighbours. After examination, she took enough time and patiently explained the process and answered all our queries.

She ensured my 7 year old was comfortable during the visits and also scheduled a followup to ensure everything was okay.
