Being independent gives you lot of power to demand and I was no different. I have a certain approach towards life which help me maintain my scales. A point came in my life where I was not able to find solutions for problems in my marital life. After first session both of us felt very good and without any second thought , we did advance booking for our future sessions too. It's been now almost 7 months since we started our session and I can tell you that I haven't felt any better in my entire life. My scales were balancing and finally I could feel the warmth of marital relationship which I had always longed for. I am really thankful to our therapist who became like part of our family and guided us beautifully throughout this journey.

My sessions with Dr. Suresh Lukose came at a fairly critical point for me, and I am happy to say they've been incredibly helpful. His direct but non-judgemental manner made hard topics easier to address head-on, which I really needed and appreciated. As they say, meet a few therapists till you find the one for you. And I finally found Tanya. I have met with other therapists in the past but the comfort and understanding I found with Tanya was unmatched.

I went to her at a low time in life and she helped me understand the workings of the brain, emotions and guided with tools and exercises that helped me grow. I am a reader and she gauged that to which she often referenced books that I could read. I grew really fast with her and felt independent to cope with my issues.

I am now done with my goals I wanted to achieve with her. And I know, in case I need support, she is my go to person.

I have been talking online therapy with Dr Alok for more than a year now. I was suffering from postpartum depression. I started feeling better from the very first session. The best thing about him is that he never interrupts while I'm sharing. He listens very carefully and understands the situation with utmost patience. He makes the patient his priority. I have always felt very comfortable in each one of my sessions. Sometimes in a critical situation he advises on chat too. I should have come to this place and met this person much before. I feel things would have been much better and happier if I came earlier and would not have gone through so much before meeting him. He very patiently listened and tried to corner out the issues and problems I have in the relationship. He tried to understand and learn my background with proper questions and I can see him literally noting down notes which made him to help me more. He always responded and make you feel better. I felt very very lonely in my life due to the relationship issues but alok made sure he was there to help me out. He will help and guide you to get back to your strengths. It was very professional with the process they follow. you can open up very freely and confidently and trusting him. Dr Suresh lukose took a detailed study about my existing issues and root causes of my problem. He took my burden as his own ,understood and gave the best possible practical solution to eradicate the concern and issues i faced.

I was very comfortable throughout the session as  he listened to my problems clearly and gave me a lot of time and suggested a lot of solutions.

Me and my husband are undergoing marital counselling with Dr.Tanya and she is very patient with us. She listens to our issues and gives us appropriate guidance on solving those. Our sessions are going on since a couple of months and we can see considerable change in our relationship and our own personalities individually.
