I've known Dr.Hijab for about a good 5 years

And I've come a long way from being angry , frustrated and stubborn child to a very calm and social person she kinda helped me get over my dad's death also ,helped me get out whatever I was bottling up my pent up anger a lot of represed rage and sadness ,she's got me out of a dark place more like the darkest period in my life she kinda thought how to cope with certain situations and how to deal with my emotions and how to channel in in a very productive way. It took me a lot of time to find a good therapist but after going through 8 different therapists I found the right therapist which is her Dr the only one who could get me to open up she kinda felt like family to me because she's always been there for me, if I ever had to talk to someone Dr was always my first pick. All in all I would highly recommend people to go to Dr.Hijab because been a Hudge part of my life and I would personally say without her I don't know what I'd do or what kind f a person id be.

When I went to meet Ms.Hijab, I was in an absolute mess. My mental health was clouded by lots of self-doubts and the stress of my day-to-day things was overpowering me. She helped me with CBT and rationalization of my anxiety, and let me tell you this I have come a long way.

To provide more context, I have been trying to see a therapist for some time, and none of them worked out for me. With Ms.Hijab, in our first session itself, I felt light, and with each consequent session, I started feeling better. She has a calm and friendly demeanor which helps you loosen up, and talk more freely about your mental health. More than this, she is very flexible when it comes to any last-minute changes, this allows the patient to feel more secure, such as myself.

I have seen a huge change in my overall persona, and the way I deal with anxiety, I can confidently say that I am a better version of myself compared to the one I was in March of this year.

To anyone reading this, I would advise you to be patient with yourself and give your mental health time. If your therapist is Ms.Hijab, you will be in a better place for sure.

I am extremely satisfied with my psychologist and with the treatment I have received from Dr Hijab Bilgrami at Reach Psychiatry. I was suffering from anxiety and went for initial check-up at first. Hijab spent good time to listen to my concerns, and took the care to calm me down. Then she made me understand my problem and helped me overcome my anxiety. Her treatment therapy had an immediately noticeable improvement on my condition. She is very approachable and I know I can contact her outside my appointment times. I have had a vast improvement in my lifestyle and now able to handle my thoughts well and calmly resolve them.

You really heard my concerns and made sure i followed what I had to do also we had a nice chat about the details of the process and how should i follow the steps and improvise, at the same time she really does know her profession, she is very professional and takes care of her patients extremely well, she even checked up on me, and was always there for any support. Hijab has been my therapist for a couple months now. I appreciate how much she has helped me deal with my ADHD related problems such as procrastination, lack of motivation, etc. She gives very practical advice that is not very hard to put into practice.

In addition to that she has also helped me handle interpersonal issues in a same sex relationship with no prejudice or judgement.

Overall, I would say that my mental state has been a lot better since I started seeing Hijab regularly. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a therapist

When I met Dr.Hijab I had no idea what was theraphy and how would she help me but after my first session i realised how important theraphy was for me, she explained how theraphy would help me, that gave me a great sense of hope, since that day I have been feeling good and i see positive changes in my mental health after every theraphy session i have with Dr.Hijab.

Dr. Hijab has been helping navigate life, work and relationships with ADHD. She furnished me with detailed information of the condition and how it affects my life. She is an empathetic ear and an insightful coach throughout the process and coming to terms with the diagnosis. Dr. Hijab is very adept at walking you through your feelings and helping you process them. Her CBT treatment has helped me in breaking negative patterns and cultivating sustainable habits that work for me as a neurodivergent. It's a great experience overall.

There’s been great progress in processing and dealing with my mental health battles because of how patient Dr. Hijab is with the treatment. She lets you set the pace that you’re comfortable with so that the sessions don’t impact you and put further pressure on your day. With an explanation for everything, therapy doesn’t end just at the clinic. She concentrates on preparing the individual for life after therapy, removing the negativity that can be so ingrained while dealing with such problems.

I’ve been to multiple therapists earlier but always found myself quitting because of how overwhelmed I felt by the end of the first few weeks due to bombardment of all possible activities initially itself.

This has worked well for me because Dr. Hijab has broken activities down into smaller chunks so that it becomes habitual eventually, without trying too hard and feeling bombarded with too many things.

I sought help from various medical professionals before, but my experience with them made me lose hope. I came in to see Dr.Hijab and got diagnosed with ADHD and Bipolar disorder. She made me feel safe and heard from the very first visit, she was patient and helped me understand what was going on with me, taught me ways to deal with my conditions in a healthy way, and helped me navigate through all the ups and downs. The treatments I receive are therapy and medication. It was a scary place to be in and coming out of it has been a long road. I’ve made tremendous progress since I started here and am on a much better path now.

I made an appointment with Dr. Hijab because I was facing problems concentrating and paying attention in classes at college, thinking that I may have ADHD. I had to complete a diagnostic test and she very clearly explained to me how the results of the test showed that I was showing symptoms of ADHD.
