We visited the clinic for a routine checkup and had a very pleasant experience. The doctor was friendly, attentive, and took the time to understand all the details before suggesting the appropriate medicine. Her calm and approachable nature made us feel comfortable throughout the consultation. Overall, it was a very good experience. Thank you!

We have visited Dr Neelam and we are extremely satisfied with the treatment. She doesn't advice too any medications and unnecessary investigation. She has lots of patience while listening to our concern. Specially my elderly parents. Clinic is on the main road and it is maintained very well and friendly front office staff. Timely follow up. I would highly recommend Dr Neelam.

Dr Neelam is a very warm and approachable doctor. My family and I only consult with her as our GP and her medication always works for us. Her warm nature and patience listening to every patient is truly commendable. She was a God sent to us when my mother had to go into emergency for Hernia and Dr Neelam herself ensured my mother got the best treatment at an unusual hour. I would highly recommend Dr Neelam and have referred her to several of my friends and colleagues.

I visited Dr. Neelam for fever and nose bleed. The clinic is well maintained with good support staff. The doctor gave me ample time to explain my symptoms. She gave a good diagnosis and treatment to which I am satisfied. I would recommend this clinic and doctor

Doc is friendly, no waiting time, what didn't work for me was the diagnosis she did not asked me anything other than what i told her, i told i am getting blood with stool, and pain and fever, she prescribed me antibiotics, antiacid and laxative, she did not even cared about the reason, she did not explained me the problem or cause of it, she considerd my problem as piles and gave prescription ***** ****** ****** ** ******* **** ** ********* **** ****** She even did not try to find out if it id piles or Fistula or Fissure i have Thyroid problem too,which i forgot to mention she also didn't ask

Dr Neelam Vasudev and the staff is very unprofessional and extremely rude. **** *** ************ ********* ******* *** ***** *** when asked to clear doubts they are not ready to connect patients with the doctor. Our health is a very important matter and these people are taking fees and leaving patients on their own. ** ****** ** *** *** **** ** **** ** ****** ** whatever she's saying and the male staff is so rude that he's not ready to connect me to the doctor* * ***** ***** ******* **** **** **** ****** *** **** **** *** **** ** ***** ******** **** ******** *** ******** ****. Please avoid going to this clinic *** ******* * **** ****** *** ******* When asked to consult Dr Neelam over the phone for 2 minutes he denied and said why did I come to his clinic if I am confused about the treatment and said go consult some other doctor. I believe this confidence comes from sheer arrogance ** ******* *********** *** ** ***** ***** **** **** **** *** ** ****** *** ** ********

Dr Neelam was very patience listening to my issue and examined, assured the recovery. I would highly recommend her

Doc really explains it and won't load the medicines just like that, gives medicines as per the needs... moreover boosts patients confidence.

She was courteous, waited for me though consultation hours were over. Prescribed right medication which resulted on early relief. I strongly recommend the doctor for general treatment.
