I am consulting dr. Kishore kumar k hullatti for kshar sutra treatment. He is very good at what he does, the thread changes are done with minimal pain. Kshar sutra thread is caustic in nature, and the medicine burns, but he does his best to reduce the pain. Highly recommend. If anyone has a fistula issue, i would definitely consult him.
