A few months ago, I had a right shoulder rotator cuff repair surgery. At first, I followed the home exercise program recommended by my doctor, but my progress was slower than I hoped. On top of that, I was also struggling with cervical radiculopathy, which made my recovery even more challenging. I was worried about how much mobility and strength I could realistically get back.

Wanting to regain function and return to normal activities sooner, I came to Sculpx clinic and it has been the perfect choice I could have made.

From the very beginning, Dr. Deepthi carefully assessed my shoulder and neck, took the time to listen to my concerns, explaining the process clearly and creating a plan that carefully balanced both my shoulder rehabilitation and neck recovery.

I can confidently say that Dr. Deepthi is truly the phenomenal physiotherapist I’ve ever met. Her technical expertise and proficiency are outstanding and second to none, which she applies them with such precision and care that every session feels purposeful and effective.

But what sets her apart is the way she combine that with patience, empathy, and genuine care. She guided me through a range of stretch and mobility exercises, carefully adjusting each one to match the pace of my recovery.

What impressed me most was how scrupulously Dr. Deepthi monitored my recovery, adjusting even the smallest details to make sure I stayed on track.

I’ve regained strength, mobility in my shoulder while also seeing remarkable improvements in my cervical radiculopathy symptoms, and confidence that I wasn’t sure I’d get back. After my PCL surgery, I began my physiotherapy at the Sculpx center, and it has been a fantastic experience. My personal trainer, Deepthi, has been instrumental in my recovery. Her personalized guidance and well-structured plan have helped me significantly improve my mobility, and I've gained strength and balance much faster than I expected.

The continuous rehabilitation program she designed has made my knee much stronger. While I started my physiotherapy a bit late and haven't yet achieved my full range of motion (ROM), I'm confident that I will get there with continued sessions.

I visited doctor Kumar for treatment of neck and back pain. I had an amazing experience and am extremely satisfied with the treatment I received. I’ve been coming to SculpX for over a year now. What started as rehab for my knee injury gradually turned into full-fledged strength training and muscle building. I was so impressed during my rehab with their attention to detail, **** ********** and the genuine 1-on-1 personal time they provide that I decided to continue my fitness journey with SculpX.

I started at around 87 kg and have now dropped to 74 kg, all while building muscle and improving my overall body age and health.

For the past 3–4 months, I’ve been training with Ben Sir, and his impact has been incredible. He pushes you beyond your limits in the best way possible. With him, every rep truly counts. If I were training alone, I’d never push to failure - but with him, he makes sure to extract the last bit of strength and effort from you. His guidance has been a major part of my progress.
