I was referred to Dr Shika by a friend who had experienced great relief from back issues. I was diagnosed with a lower lumbar problem and was in considerable pain. The problem caused weakness in my left leg.

In two sittings Dr Shikha was able to help me feel better. Although my mobility was still limited, I was not in as much pain and was able to return to work. In the process of rehabilitation, she had cured the terrible plantar fasciitis pain that I had experienced from several years before. My weakness in the leg had also reduced.

I greatly appreciate her professionalism, patience and perseverance in helping her patients feel better. She’s realistic about the healing process and also let’s you wean off therapy and become independent by strengthening areas that need restoration and rehab.

I have a slipped in between my L4-L5 (old) and protusion in L5-S1 (new). I had back stiffness and sciatica pain which would get worse with sitting. Although I had been exercising according to doctor's recommendations, the back problems were making my life difficult. First session itself I was relieved of the stiffness due to adjustments done by the doctor. She explained the back condition very well and charted out a path for recovery which was based on regular exercise to strengthen the back and intermittent adjustments to take care of the new stiffness problems in the spine.
