I am into fitness leading a healthy and active lifestyle and have been working out regularly for the last 7 years.

I went here on 11th April after a workout injury on my lower back. My go to physio was unavailable and the app recommended Perfect Bounce.

Dr Richa spoke very sweetly and told me I had a pronation and that they would do an end to end treatment involving posture and feet analysis, dry needling, cupping and massage and stretches. I was promised that by the end of the treatment I would feel much better. I was asked to pay 16k upfront. My issue was lower back pain but as a part of the treatment I was asked to go for a package consisting of 6 sessions of dry needling and cupping worth 8k on entire body(wonder why!), immunity tablets 1.5k, trigger release ball worth 548, double fitness tube worth 800*** ** ****** *** *** *** ************ ** ******** Insoles for my workout shoes worth 2k and the analysis was 3k. I was also asked to buy Axign flip flops worth 4k to wear at home. On day 1 they treated my back and next 5 sessions were for legs and chest and abdomen! I still don’t understand the logic behind treating any other area other than the lower back. I trusted them thinking they know their job. *** **** ** **** ******* *** *******! ********* **** **** ********. ** **** **** *** ***** * ****** **** **** ********* ** ** *********** ** ***** *** ***** I didn’t want to spend any more time and money and discontinued their so called treatment.

I went to Dr Richa through my friend's recommendation. I approached her for mild bulge in the C2-C4, and mild scoliosis which was detected in October, 2019. This is 3rd time in 6 months that i was visiting for physiotherapy and this time my confidence was shattered. Till now i had only temporary relief. Dr. Richa explained me my root cause of the problem and asked me to give her 5% of my trust and promised to heal me. She suggested for the process of dry needle, cupping therapy with MFR and chiropractic treatment for 8 days followed by monthly check up to analyse my posture and keep my health on track. Also she wanted to get a posture analysis done to understand the right way to start my treatment. Post day 1 there was immense relief from pain which was continuously bothering me. At the end of my 8th day of treatment, i was full with energy and all that tired and drowsiness with which i used to wake up every morning had vanished. The pain is gone, however the discomfort is still there which i believe that will be gone with the guidance of Dr.Richa.

I am writing this review post a week of my treatment. And i delayed writing my feedback because i wanted to analyse my body and treatment and give a fair review to whoever will read my review. Dr Richa asked me trust her 5% but by the end of my treatment my trust level on her has increased tremendously. She is so loving and friendly. She heals with love and affection and it is that which heals you completely. Dr. Richa and her team are the lovely people i have met in my life.

I visited the clinic with a sceptical mind due to previous physiotherapy experiences and pain. However in the first interaction itself Dr. Richa helped me understand the actual issue and comforted me with the detailed explaination of treatment and her assurance. Right after the first treatment of needle and cupping therapy she suggested post posture analysis and weight distribution analysis, I could feel my severe neck pain decreasing. Eventually, I could feel my muscles getting more relaxed and the pain now has not been there since last 10 days in a row. My experience with perfect bounce has been great. Previously I took package for cervical pain, which got better and then I went for weight loss program. My weight has significantly reduced by 10 kg and I am happy with my progress. My treating doctor is Dr. Supriya and her dedication has helped me a lot. I have been regular with Dr. Richa. Due to the work culture and long seating hours by back and neck and always stiff. One session with Dr. Helps in relaxing a lot. I generally take a session ina month or two to keep my muscles and stiffness relaxed a lot.

Dr Richa will help perfectly help you to bounce backnto life with her unique treatment and therapy. She does good diagnosis and treat your problem from the root. Treatment is expensive but definitely valuable. She has got very good sense of humour which again helps you to release your anxiety. Highly recommend Dr Richa.

Well coordinated visit timing. Before appointment heard the problem clearly. On visit problem was heard in detail and planning of a solution was explained in detail too.
