Right from the beginning Dr Shilpa was highly professional, explained the problem in detail and gave the options of treatment. *** **** ****** ** ****** ************* *** ********* ** *** ******** ** ******* *** ******** There was no ambiguity in her explanation leaving me very satisfied and safe in her hands. I found Dr Shilpa very reasonable in her charging. I am from UK and found Dr Shilpa par excellent, quick to get appointment and highly reasonable in her pricing compared to UK. I will definitely recommend anyone with dental problems to approach Dr Shilpa.

My visit to Orchard Dental Clinic has been most satisfying and rewarding. I am very happy with the Chief Dental Surgeon, Dr Shilpa Shashikiran who personally ensured that I was thoroughly explained the entire process of the treatment for my RCT. The treatment was done in a highly professional and skilled manner. The cleanliness and hygiene that is maintained in the clinic is top notch. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful and walk that extra mile to keep you comfortable and happy during the entire process. Process was too long & multiple times the temporary fillings came off hindering working life. If it was once I would have understood but it happened 4 times over the process of treatment.

In the end one of the tooth chipped & she filed it saying we will redo..however the tooth was never kept ready despite my calling & reminding. So it meant I give measurements again & come multiple times to have the old one removed and this fixed.

Overall very long process & lack of proper communication. She should be writing detailed notes after every visit so that patients are not left dissatisfied after 6 months of multiple visits to fix an issue

The treatment was for my daughter - Teeth alignment ; the stage by state progress during our visits were well explained to the kid to make them understand and realise on why this treatment are done; also the manner in which the entire process were handled right from day one till now has been very friendly and professional by Dr Shilpa and her colleagues, I can see a sea change in the alignment of the teeth and the change in the profile... the concept of taking care of the teeth were ingrained in the kid’s mind during each visit which has helped in maintaining and retaining the cleanliness at all times.

I recommend the clinic to all the age categories as its more to do with a tinge is personal touch with a professional approach.

Dr.shilpa is an amazing dentist. I walked in with a fear but she gained my confidence with ease. I was informed about the procedure very well and she made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure.

I was treated by Dr Shanti from the ODC squad. First off, the entire clinic is very warmly done up and has a lot of positive aura. And Dr Shanti completely put me at ease with her subject matter experience and approach. She was very forthcoming with answers and patient with my questions. A complete 10 on 10 for the work they do. Visited dr Shilpa for my wisdom tooth extraction 21 April , since I had 2 wisdom tooth’s to be extracted I was very much panicked coz of my previous wisdom tooth extracted on my lower jaw with other dentist , Dr was recommended by my aunt , despite of the pandemic and not many doctors would even approach to see patients coz of the corona , Shilpa mam treats patients without a second thought that’s the best part about her .

And coming to the treatment part I barely experienced any pain a day after the extraction and I also got my other wisdom tooth extracted next day that’s how good her treatment is . Her entire staff is so friendly and so the mam . I strongly recommend DR Shilpa for any sort of tooth problems she doesn’t even charge too much like others .

Firstly clinic is very cute and colorful we don't feel like we are in clinic ,including doctors and all other staffs are very friendly and positive,and I am happy and satisfied with the treatment, I 100% recommend this clinic to my family and friends.

Dr Shilpa was great, I am very nervous about syringes, however she calmed me down and extracted my wisdom teeth without any pain at all.
