I visited Optra care after seeing their number posted on our community group. I had a fall resulting in left distal radius fracture which was fixed with a plate screw surgery following which I was not able to get proper hand therapy and ended up with a swollen dysfunctional hand and frozen shoulder. We consulted Dr Rewat Laxman an excellent doctor who reassured us that everything could be reversed and along with

Dr Sukrit Debnath put me medication as well as hand therapy. My physiotherapist Dr Rubeena for the last three months has been working on my hand pushing me, guiding me and being patient with my inabilities. She has been excellent in her approach and her dedication.Right from Receptionist all the staff there seem to be smiling and cheerful which in itself makes one feel at ease and reassured. I am happy to say that they have made what seemed hard .. possible and I have regained full movement of my shoulder and wrist and we are getting there. Was extremely impressed by the attention to understanding the injury ( 18 yr old son had a back ache post workout). Fortunately turned out to be nothing internal but a lack of proper stretching / warm up

The thorough diagnosis was followed by 6 physiotherapy sessions that were supplemented by a daily stretching / exercise routine at home

Entire process lasted around 2 weeks and glad to know that not only is the back perfectly fine but Dr Suprith has hopefully inculcated a habit of pre and post exercise stretching routines

I went to Dr. Sukrit with concern of nerve related pain on my head and neck pain.I was unable to keep my head on pillow or anything, unable to sit at car was having too much pain at occipital area.Unable to see my phone at all and also unable to work infront of laptop.There was a point where I felt had to quit work since I am a software engineer and my work was sitting infront of laptop whole day.Consulted neuro,took nerve related pills for 4 months.Finally went to him.He gave me some physiotherapy sessions with proper tools and also showed me some exercises to do at home.Not only this, he showed me the sitting posture, how to work from home, how to adjust laptop height etc.Now I have recovered a lot.I no more have sleepless nights.Thanks to him and his staffs who are equally very good.His clinic is well equipped with all necessary tools and machines.They also follow all proper covid measures.

I would recommend Dr. Rewat and his team undoubtedly. Amazing treatment and follow up remainders from the clinic. The overall experience was very good. Physiotherapist Dr. Rubeena helped me more than 100% by releasing all my pain in my back n right shoulder, also by teaching me right postures and regular stretches and exercises. She was very supportive emotionally as well, which was very much needed for me and helped me recover soon.

I am thankful to both my Dr. Rewat Laxman and my physiotherapist Dr. Rubeena and Sunitha mam who used to give me regular remainder calls and follow ups.

For back and shoulder injury

I visited Optra Care 2 weeks back on one of my friend's recommendation and the kind of care and treatment that I got there has been exceptional.

I went there for 6 sessions, and after each session pain subsided. Today was my last session, and my pain has completely gone. I was also told and guided through all the strengthening exercises and muscle group involved behind each of these exercises.

I would really like to thank Dr. Priyadarshini for being so patient with my queries and answering each one of it in best possible way.

visited Optra care for my ACL. Started with pre surgery strengthening and next week I will be finishing my rehab. It has been a long journey of 6.5 months , which was not possible with Dr. Sukrit and Dr. Kuvali. I was very apprehensive and scared about getting the surgery done and was worried if my knee will ever be the same and if I will be able to get to sports. That time Dr. Sukrit counselled and gave the strength to go through the surgery and after that last six months Dr. Kuvali has been there not just for physio sessions but also for keeping me motivated through out. Today everyone around me including my coach is surprised with my improvement and how quickly I have recovered and it wouldn’t have been possible without Dr. Kuvali.It was a painful but memorable journey and she helped me over coming lot of fears in performing few exercises which I had even before my surgery and would never do it. As I conclude my rehab I can only thank both Dr. Sukrit and Dr. Kuvali for working with me for last 6.5 months and for making it possible for me to get back to sports and normal so quickly as a stronger person physically. The clinic offers TMJ joint physiotherapy which is a niche segment not easily available in all clinics.

The doctors here are will give you very specific treatment after getting an understanding of the root cause of the problem .

Dr Kuwali had a caring and gentle attitude and she would always ask if the pressure applied by her hand was not too much.
