I have a genuine concern with the doctor .I am surprised, has it mentioned anywhere the First consultation is just a joke.You pay 500 to get an appointment and The doctor clearly says , you would have to take my package of 1 month, 3 month 6 month, then only she can share any information .So The 500 i paid , is basically just to see the doctor / a person who is JUST listening to my problems .there is no Prescription, no guidance anywhere .When asked , what was 500 INR charged , Doc says , she has given her the time and she has to pay 400 to Practo to get patients ***** * *** * ****** ** ********* ******* **** ** *** **** * ******* ********* ** * *** ***** **** * ************ *** ********* *** **** *** ***** ********* ** ***** she clearly said you will get help when you pay me for the package *** *** * *** **** **** *** ** ***** ****** ***** **** *** *** ********Ridiculous Experience

For anybody who is looking to lose weight in a healthy manner and change your lifestyle in a healthy way, shikha is the best!! Iam a girl in my 20s who was over weight and had irregular periods. I consulted shikha for help, she motivated me and guided me to follow a diet that helped me lose 10kgs in 6 months. She's very friendly and understands what we are going through. My experience with Dr Shikha’s diet therapy has been very rewarding. She has guided me into eating balanced meals daily. I never would’ve understood the value of protein and fibre in diet, until I actually saw the changes. I used to send her pictures of my meals daily, and she would let me know what to add and subtract from my diet. She always has some alternative recipes too that are both tasty and filling. I have lost 4kgs in three months, and while it’s easy to do crash diets and then regain after you stop your diet- this is different. The weight hasn’t come back. Before coming to Dr. Shikha, my notion for reducing weight was that one should skip their meals and completely change the food that we eat.

But after consulting her, I understood the concept of mindful eating and how one should eat and workout according to their body type. I saw some noticeable changes within a month by incorporating all the dietary changes she made for me. She conducts one-on-one session time-to-time to monitor all the changes happening in my body.
