Booked an appointment for 11:30 and reached 5 mins early. Doctor hadn't arrived yet and there was a long queue of waiting patients. I didnt understand why the receptionist accepted my appointment if there was no system in place to honor it. After sitting for a few mins, rather than wasting my time further, i decided to leave. Can't attest to the capability of the doctor, my feedback is purely based on the respect for patients time.
