I have been consulting Dr. Sita for 15 years now and I have been extremely satisfied as she understands the problem well *** *********** **** ********* ********* I have also recently started a diet program with her which has shown brilliant results. I started it to improve my muscle strength and overall health as an aspiring dancer and just in one month I have lost weight and I feel a lot healthier than I did before. My muscles are coping with the strenuous work load of dancing and working out and I am very happy with this diet plan. Also I have not altered too much from what I usually eat. I have just switched to healthier options and changed the ratio of portions of the nutrients that I intake. I can also see my body toning up very well in just a month and I have to really say that it is because of the diet because the intensity of my exercise had not changed much before and after starting my diet plan.
