Long Wait Times: Even with a pre-booked appointment, I experienced substantial delays before being seen.* **** ** ************** Staff provided no proactive updates or timely information regarding schedule delays, leaving patients waiting without clarity.

While the quality of medical treatment is excellent, a streamlined scheduling and communication system would make a world of difference for the patient experience.

She listens to all the problems with lots of patience and I was suffering from severe acne which always made me insecure and would always wear a mask to cover it up but once I met her she made me feel secure. I got the hope that she would definitely help me heal. Just a few weeks later I started seeing the results n I'm completely healed now . I'm no more insecure abt my skin n I'm a lot more confident than before. Once again I'm really thankful to Dr. Jigisha for giving me such a great medication and helping me come out of my insecurity

My consultation was back in january when i took some medicines for my vitiligo problem. I then travelled to gulf and was taking online consultation with Dr. Jigisha with regualr intervels. She planned my treatment so nicely that i kept on taking meds which they gave me to carry and regulated doses. By now my vitiligo is gone and i am happy by the way she kept photo of every vitiligo on my body and used to see change in each one . They said it can come back any time but i am positive.
