I took both our daughters, aged 6 and 4 to Dr. Begum. She was outside to welcome them with a smile, and offered to show them the plants, flowers around her clinic and settle them down with balloons. My elder one has anxiety, stress and panic attacks when it comes to visiting doctors, so she took a very long time to settle. But the doctor was extremely patient and made her feel at ease. The younger one was far more relaxed and took it like a pro. What I loved best about De Begum is that she, not even once, compared the behavior of the kids. Nothing like.. look at your sister, she's so brave etc,. Rather she used a lot of positive words, and affirmations for each child. In short, she spoke the language of the children. Also gave the parents sufficient background on the issue, talked through the entire procedure in detail and answered questions politely. A tad bit expensive but it was all worth it. My elder one has agreed to be brave when she visits her again next time coz she is a 'kind doctor'

Doctor is very friendly and very experienced in handling kids. She completed the pulpectomy of my 4 year old son perfectly within an hour and also placed the cap on tooth. We as parents were so scared of performing that on our 4 year old son, but madam not only calmed down my son but also assured us and explained the whole process and our role to play in it. The way she involved me and my wife into the entire process to make my son comfortable is really worth mentioning. Thank you mam for completing such a complex task so easily and most importantly in such a short period of time. My son is relieved from pain.

First of all a big 'thank you' to Dr. Ghousia maam. I visited her for my son's root canal treatment. My son being a special child I was really afraid as to how he would cooperate for the treatment. But doctor was a god sent for our son and she made it very comfortable for him and performed the treatment. She has good experience in handling dental issues for special children. She was so polite and answered all our queries. We are completely satisfied with her service. I would blindly say her name if any kid had any dental issues. God bless you maam.

I was just overwhelmed by his hospitality he just made me feel like home he is a kind of doc who does his treatments with ease and minimises the amount of pain to be experienced by his patients which is excellent actually it’s par excellence and the experience was amazing and would surely recommend you to pay a visit if required

I visited Dr.Nyer for my wisdom tooth removal. It was a slightly complicated case as my tooth was infected.He explained the problem in detail before the extraction.My swelling came down in 5 days. He is very friendly and a knowledgeable doctor. He patiently replies to all your doubts. Would definitely recommend him.

She is very good at explaining to a patient about the procedure what they have to go through. Makes the person really comfortable. She enquires after the treatment also which is really nice. Kind and soft spoken DOC 👩‍⚕️.😊☺️ THANK YOU

Really lucky to get treated under Dr.Nyer Firdoose, the profession level is really great and the friendliness and health issues explanation was very precise. I would totally recommend Dr. Nyer Firdoose there was no wait time, value of money also was helped to minimize, even the post surgery suggestions were explained really well.

Dr Gousia is very well experienced in handling kids... especially when they are too violent... her patience level is hight appreciable.... we visited many doctors, but we were not comfortable..... but Dr Gousia handled our daughter very well... the treatment was successful and we are very happy.
