We have been regularly visiting Dr. Anjana Patil for my infant. It has always been a good experience at her clinic until this time .

This time too the initial appointment with the doctor went as expected. However when we visited back the clinic in 5 days time to know how long we should be using the milk that was prescribed (please note, our only ask was to know how long we should be continuing with the prescribed milk), the receptionist at the clinic refused to let us in without having paid the Rs. 500 consultation fee once again. She was extremely rude and adamant! The doctor in all the commotion did come out , but our experience with her this time was not as pleasant as it usually was. It was an outright insulting experience!

i will not recommend this Doctor, *** ******** ** **** **** You cannot meet her in case of any emergency or immediate consultation. We were consulting her for my daughter since last 3 years, i have always faced problem in getting appointment. On few occasions i couldn't reach on scheduled time, i was made to sit and wait for hours till she finishes all other patients. it doesn't matter how serious or what pain your kid has, she will not call nor she will give any medication to relive the symptom even on request from you or the other people who were in the Que. Better you chose a doctor who listen and understands the pain of kid and parents and most important should be accessible in bad times. Her free revisit duration is four or five days, that means you will be charged every time. She will not club consultation and vaccination, she will charge separate consultation even for vaccination.

I went in the critical situation (Since staying nearby to this hospital) but they don't allow for the consultation. *** ***** ***** ***** ***** ** ****** **** ********* ** ******* *** **** ** ******** ********* **** ***** ** ** ******* **** *** ********

We went with our daughter of 3.5 years with 102 F fever apart from this she also had some blisters in her mouth which I guess was very painful and we had no idea what was it. So obviously our daughter was very disturbed. The Doctor did not even bother to make my kid comfortable we told about the blisters and she did not even bother to check inside of her mouth to see what it was. And to add on to it the Doctor says “ Your daughter is not very cooperative she is not letting me check her properly”.

Before we could get inside the Doctors cabin itself the attendant outside insisted we pay the 500 INR consultation fees and then meet the doctor. My daughter is crying and they are sitting on my head to pay the money first.

I would never recommend this Doctor for anyone ever.

Lack of training to staff to handle an EMERGENCY case

Apparently the staff is not trained to handle emergencies but ask if you have an appointment!

For a 14 month toddler suffering from 103 deg C fever, we were asked to wait for up to 2 hours as the doctor was busy handling routine appointments.

Needless to say, we rushed to the doctors cabin, but not sure (giving benefit of doubt to the doctor) if the doctor was even made aware of our situation as she asked us to talk to the reception without much dialogue.

We ended up rushing over to another doctor as it was incomprehensible and senseless trying to reason with the staff when our baby was suffering.

Hope this is taken as a positive feedback, as otherwise we have been regular at her for the routine vaccinations and check ups with "prior appointments"
