I play badminton almost two hours everyday . I developed severe elbow pain "Tennis elbow" when I could not even drive my car. I literally went into depression because there was no improvement in spite of my orthopaedic doctors medication and special band with complete rest to elbow for more than three months. That is when someone suggested me Dr. Sheema. Although I had lost hope with doctors, but she had a different approach by putting some elastic tapes and manual techniques along with exercises. I felt immediate relief and resumed badminton after only a week. My pain has completely vanished except mild tenderness which was suppose to go in few weeks provided I stop badminton for some more time. But sorry doc I can't stop playing anymore so this mild tenderness is okay even if takes months to go.

Last week I consulted her for my wife also for her back pain, she is also extremely happy. She has become our family doc for any kind of musculoskeletal issues. Thank you doc for being there for us.

I had been to Dr. Sheema earlier for the treatment of varicose veins and was very satisfied with the results but this time it was a peculiar issue with a finger of my right hand and it was bothering for a while though I had consulted an orthopaedic but without much relief. Dr. Sheema was bang on with her diagnosis and in fact in two sittings I felt almost 80 percent better.

The doctor listens to you at length, she understands the pain. She then devises a treatment plan. It was super experience as far the results of the treatment are concerned. She treated my mothers neck pain.
