Long wait times, rushed consultations, and zero patience. Dr. Somani barely explains anything, and if you ask questions, he snaps at you. Primarily, they show the consultation fee as 500 online but they only accept 800 in the clinic. Little disappointed. Another point is why would they even want patients to buy the medicines from their medical outlet only, when the same medicines costs are much less online. By the time you realise, you already have the second follow up session. So mentally, one should be prepared to only spend!! 😃
However, the treatment has always been great with close to perfect results. At the end, I'm happy.
During this pandemic, they could have also thought on the online consultation availability.
