Ms. Seema Agarwal

Dr Seema Agrawal is a very kind and compassionate doctor who is quick to grasp what you are going through and will equip you with the tools to fix yourself. I went to her with severe depression and anxiety that prevented me from doing anything besides get up in the morning and wait for the day to go back to sleep. In just 20 days, I am able to not only get up but am motivated to talk to people and fix my life. My anxiety and depression levels have been lowered to normal and am learning to set goals and get back to functioning the way I was. What I like most about her is, she curates her therapy to your needs. I am about to join a new place of work and wanted to be in a better state before I join. She cleared her schedule so I could come to her 3 days a week and would be good and well before my job starts. She also tries her best to help you without medicines first. Only if that fails, does she go for medicines. For instance, in my case she had said I might require medicines at first but worked with me tirelessly so I didn't have to take medicines. I admire the way she empowers her patients to fix themselves. She actually says that she doesn't even want her patients to be dependent upon therapy. Her goal is to help me be confident that I am enough and can take care of myself. I am yet to meet a doctor who is as selflessly on her patient's corner as she is. I strongly recommend her to anyone going through mental health problems. You will see visible results and will actually see the change in your demeanour and in your day-to-day functioning.

Me and my husband are dealing with compatibility and adjustment issues for long. When we thought about breaking up but wanted to give us a second chance we started searching for a professional. We are glad that we found Seema Ma'am.

She found out our individual problems and immediately started the treatment.

I too was dealing with chronic depression for a long long time. That too was affecting my marriage and most importantly it was affecting me and my peace of mind.

Seema ma'am found out each and every issues and taught me how to deal with that and how life can be seen in positive perspective. Now I am back in mainstream, got back to regular life, living with a smile, WITHOUT ANY MEDICINES.

She is very friendly, positive in nature, empathetic and most importantly she knows her job.

However, our marriage counselling process still not ended. And many other processes need to be done with both of us together.

So far my sessions with Dr. Seema have been really useful. In just four sessions, she has been able to help me deal with stressful situations with simple exercises. I’ll probably keep going back to them whenever I am faced with stressful situations in life. While she is extremely systematic, the sessions she also makes the sessions fun by sharing positive anecdotes and videos! Plus, she’s extremely friendly and I knew that I was in a safe space. I would recommend her to anyone who is having problems with anxiety, depression and self-image issues.
