To be honest, I went to her as a last ditch effort for this unbearable pain in the forearm and elbow everytime I played badminton. I had tried everything, including rest and multiple other doctors/physio and chiropractors. So I wasnt really expecting to by be healed. But just after a few sessions I noticed that the pain was not there so much, and by the end there was no pain at all. I am back to playing competitively. Forever thankful!! Zero meds, no cutting or tearing my arms. 😛
more..Dr Rukayya is an amazing physiotherapist and a ****** friendly person. I had cervical pains for long and visited couple of therapists in the past. But the therapy offered by Dr Rukayya for a solution and not just a temporary treatment.
