Acme Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Clinic, Viman Nagar

My feedback:

I had a very good experience at ACME, Physiotherapy centre established at Viman nagar & Kalyani Nagar in Pune for having special Physio Treatment of my chronic severe back pain which had accidentally occurred in year 2008 due to Slip disc issues in my LS spines. I had got multiple Lumbar spine stenosis in my L1-L2, L4-L5 & L5-S1 spine locations which had been troubling me regularly in performing day-to-day works. Here, Doctors available at ACME, Centre are more competent & more caring who had first diagnosed & analysed my critical issues in detailed and then made a special treatment plan accordingly for 15 days initially. This was further extended for a week on my request for ensuring enough for no recurrence of spinal back-bones issues. I had got specialized treatment using Laser technique on the severely affected parts of my LS spines which was followed next day by Matrix therapy alongwith convention physio-therapy treatments & also stretching/back excercises according to the day-wise scheduled plan. I had been given special Chiro treatment from a very eminent chiropractor on twice occasions first in the beginning of my treatment plan subsequently during last stage of my treatment plan in the end. By this treatment, my spinal back-bones got aligned properly which brought me restored back to my normal position to a great extent. Further, I have been advised to take proper care, precautions & regular back excercises /stretching which has to be maintained as a regular practice. I am very grateful to ACME - Neuro, Spine & Ortho Superspeciality Clinic especially to Dr Aparna Pradhan, Founder & Chief Consultant and her deployed specialized doctors for providing me the best available treatments to me and bringing back myself to my normal physical position which has earlier given hindrances to perform my day-to-day office & routine works smoothly & happily. My physiotherapists Rhea, Tejal and Rutuja were very good at treating me. The treatment helped me recover quickly from a painful tennis elbow. Dr. Aparna has trained her physiotherapists very well and shows great trust in them in treating patients.

They explained everything very carefully and made sure i was comfortable during therapy. All the doubts i had were cleared by them without any hesitation. I'd also say Nikita at the reception was very friendly and accomodating with the appointment dates and timings.

First day some junior doctor will check you, they will tell mostly for 2 week therapy, they will console you if you don’t take therapy **** ****** **** ****** *** ***** ** * ******. Dr Aparna will come for 5 min for chiropractic, she will tell you ,she will visit every second day during 2week therapy . However, once in blue moon Dr Aparna will have time to visit you , may be once or twice in entire 2 week therapy. They will adjust you with Junior doctor.

Now coming to Junior doctor as an employee they will be chatting, calling etc during your treatment. I observed initially for few days , and ignored. But they take it very lightly your money and time since you are a patient.

Overall you will be happy for 2-3 days during you entire 2week therapy treatment. I observed Junior doctor (being an employee) will be in hurrying and just do what Dr Aparna told

You won’t feel there is a doctor who treating , rather I would say receptionist one day come and completed my therapy and she was quite good as she was asking in every 5 min , all okay is there any problem etc.

It’s your time and your money , take deceision wisely.

Excellent experience at the clinic. My first visit & I was almost relieved of majority issue. Everything was explained in detail. Next steps were planned and explained in detail too. The doctors did not rush. Hey listened patiently to every detail that I shared with them. They did very good analysis of the pain area and suggested a very good forward looking treatment. I am looking forward to it.
