I seek theraphy because it helps me look inwards and self regulate a lot of emotions, Kanishka has really hand held me thru my journey! She really listens to me patiently, anchors me back if I get in the cycle of self doubt, helps me navigate thru my own emotions.. I have grown so much personally and I really owe her for being there with me on my journey of self discovery and healing!
