I have been taking theraphy with Kanishka for more than a year now, on and off but I always come back, mostly to figure out myself! I seek theraphy because it helps me look inwards and self regulate a lot of emotions, Kanishka has really hand held me thru my journey! She really listens to me patiently, anchors me back if I get in the cycle of self doubt, helps me navigate thru my own emotions.. I have grown so much personally and I really owe her for being there with me on my journey of self discovery and healing!

All the sessions with her brought out answers to questions we never really think of, it also helps to understand yourself even better.

Her approach has been really friendly, warm, to the point and amazing, and i really loved that.

You might be nervous at the very start of the session, but by the end, it is always a very good experience.

From the very first session I felt at ease and was able to open up to her in ways I had never opened upto anyone before. She compelled me to see things/situations from a very different perspective and that to me was so profound. It's easy to talk to her and put all your emotions on the table no matter how tangled they are and she helps you sort them. She's amazing and I am so glad I connected with her.
