I really needed a dietion in this covid situation for my father. And I got the best doctor her nature is so nice and she explains deeply about our problem. She always talk in a positive way. It has been just 3 months and I can see changes in father's health. He was overweighted ,have high BP ,diabetic even have a kidney disorder. In 3 months his weight has come from 102kg to 92kg ,his ceratine level is increase and thats why I need the Dietion. But with Shilpa mam she don't work as only dietion But also she connects with the paitent. His ceratine level is decreasing now and he feels fresh and positive with her diet her medicines and all the exercise she has told to do.

Dr Shilpa is extremely professional yet friendly and is excellent listener . Her explanation are so simple to understand and she has introduced me to a new world of healthy eating and nutrition. I feel so good about myself and self motivated now. Her knowledge is subpar, doctor shilpa indulges with her patients individually at a personal level and treats them with utmost care!

Experince with doctor was aoberall bery good. I liked the way she communicate with her patient she fisrt listen to the whole and and then gives the conclusion , and for any query shr is always there to solve . I liked one thing abou the doctor most is she will give you thr treatment in which the patient is comfortabel.

I was suffering from acute backache..no medicine gave me any relief..I feared riding bike...the pain was so severe that I stared skipping office and work..Then I approached Dr.Shilpa... and she diagosed the problem,identified the root cause of pain..I took a months medicine and it's been around 4 months since then that I have no pain..Thank you Dr. Shilpa.

I was wondering, whether I really need a dietitian ?

But I want to reduce belly fat by simplest possible way. I heard about this doc. from one of my friend.

I have visited Docs clinic with prior appointment. There was some wait time, but it was reasonable.

Doc gave me diet plan, explained very well, what to eat, why to eat etc.

Now after two weeks I am really feeling awesome (of course following diet plan strictly)

I achieved my goal within 5 months. The diet and exercises given were very effective which made an active person. There were different recipies which did not feel boring and tiresome to follow. Exercise made my dalit life flexible and gave a positive energy to do everything with a peaceful mind. Overall the experience was very good. thank you for.your guidance.
