Ms Nayana is an excellent therapist.I had visited her for personal as well as couple counselling .She is very empathetic and intuitive. She helped me connect with my inner child and helped me get over a lot of things. She helped me to pause before reacting over things and her techniques help me feel calm and approach situations objectively.I'll definitely recommend her for personal as well as couple counselling.

I took the session because of few my psychological problems or complexes , exam fear. Nayana mam amiably , just like a friend helped me through it, and also recommended some future beneficial advisories which have helped me. This took a while but yeah I can today I m well , happy and at peace because Nayana aunty helped me through her techniques and wisdom. Really grateful.
