Some of the sessions included guided thinking, intensional sound-sleeping, and some homework on applying it over some days. It helped me sleep properly, talk with myself, engage positively, and most importantly to get away from the habit of self-criticism. I feel very good about the counsiling.

I visited the Doctor for overthinking and Negative

Thinking, the Doctor understands the issue, gets to the root why this is happening through discussion. I visited the other Doctor earlier also. What I like most here is that, doctor understand the root from where it is coming than just recommending you mediation. I will definitely recommend this Doctor if you are looking for the root of your problem.

When i booked the appointment i went with the expectation of what i knew my issues were to be but once there i found that perceptions were wrong my issues happened because of another reason. Dr Shetty changed my views in this one meeting today
