Dr Anuja is very proficient when it comes to diagnosing the issue and devising a therapy for the recovery. She explains the reasons, recovery process and the exercise routine clearly which is very helpful and assuring. Dr Anuja and Dr Vaishnavi both are very professional yet super nice which makes u feel comfortable as a patient to express the pain points properly. The treatment and the exercises recommended to me were beneficial and helped me to recover fast. I would recommend Dr Anuja and team for any physiotherapy treatment.

I was suffering with C5-C6 Nerve compression and exterme shoulder pain. I was taking medicines since 3-4 months but it didn't help, as medicines are for pain management. She explained that why physio is compulsory and how it could help.

I took treatment for 8 days and I am having great relief in pain and started skipping medicines. She suggested to continue exercise for one month or so for better result. I am feeling very less pain currently and quality of life is improved.

Incident 1 - For the last 3-4 months I was suffering from my shoulder injury. I had visited 3 Physiotherapists but no one helped me to recover completely. Luckily I workout in the same gym where Dr. Anuj do. So one day I told her about my injury. She told me 2 stretches. However I was doing those but not the way she told me to. After 1 week , my pain was gone.

Incident 2 - 4 days back while doing deadlift, I was injured. I called her and she told me 1 stretch and told me to use a hot pack instead of cold pack(I was using this). Result - in 3 days I am fine.

Our search for a reliable and empathetic Physiotherapist finally ended after we discovered Dr.Anuja's clinic. My wife suffers from spondylitis and also underwent shoulder surgery a few months ago.
