I have had a horrifying experience with Doctor Jyostana Angom. I was close to 14 weeks and had some light bleeding which I immediately informed her and she asked me to go for a scan ***** ****** *******She didnt care to see me personally although i was frantically running around the hospital to get a scan done and as she said she will meet me after the scan. She left by the time scan was done and her junior Doctors told me to go home as everything looked normal in the scan. Later in the evening I miscarried all alone at home and was rushed to hospital in emergency and had suffered a lot of blood loss as well as lost my baby. Her complete outlook to this entire episode was very unprofessional and casual. She didnt even bother to see me after my miscarriage and finally when she came all she has to say was how did this happen, this is very rare, all i know is that bleeding in 2nd trimester is never rare but she was too casual to actually check the problem.

She said after 2 cycles you can try again like losing my healthy baby meant nothing *** ****** * **** ** ** ****** ** ****** ** **********I am devastated and very disappointed after having this horrifying experience with her.

My baby was delivered by her in jehangir hospital. She did normal delivery of mine despite of two rounds of cord in baby's neck. Hats off to her team in jehangir who did their best in my normal delivery after 12 hours of labour pain.

Dr. Jyotsna has been a miracle worker for me. I had such a hard time conceiving thanks to some incorrect treatment given by a previous doctor. Dr. Jyotsna’s calmness and confidence gave me so much faith that things would work out.

Mine was a high risk pregnancy with my health and the risk of premature delivery, but she never let the fear take away the joy of pregnancy away. While she was always aware of the risks and ensured the right medication was being taken, she never over explained things which would have only made me fly into a panic and elevated any existing complications. I know that for a few, it is easy to misconstrue this as not explaining things properly but believe me this mannerism of hers is the only thing that kept my sane and hopeful thru out.

In my 7th month I started having contractions and most doctors would have taken this as an opportunity to deliver immediately and cash in on the NICU services. But not Dr. Jyotsna! She instead put me on steroids for a month and ensured to give me shots to boost lung movement just Incase things went the other way. Even in that moment when she explained things to us very simply, explained only enough so that as young parents managing alone, we wouldn’t fly into a frenzy.

Even when my daughter was born at 8mts, it was a normal delivery. Even though everyone assumed this would be a CSec thanks to the medical issues, Doc encouraged Normal delivery.

No needless procedures for myself or my baby, no flood of information which would have made us panic and utter support at every turn, Dr. Jyotsna has been a rock and I will forever be in her debt for ensuring I had a successful pregnancy and returned home with my bundle of hope.

Since then, she has been my go to for my issues with irregular periods and her inputs and advice are par excellence. Pls don’t even think twice before visiting her.. she is AMAZING!

She's one of the rare doctors that is extremely kind and cares for her patients from her heart. She helped me deliver normally a slightly complicated gestational diabetes. And the team of resident doctors at jehangir were amazing too. Can't thank her enough
