The procedure took long time which could have avoided. The patient was having pain during the surgery as the anaesthesia given was not proper.Also the time management was not well , patient was kept sitting 2 hrs where he could have been given the glucose which delayed another 1 he for surgery. The surgery was superb and very satisfactory also the details of the surgery given by doctor was excellent but service support and management staff were not up to the mark
