Dr. Charulata Bapaye and her entire team at Gems hospital are absolutely professional and very competent in their field . I had an hysterectomy surgery which happened to be a little complicated and unfortunately happened at the onset of the second COVID wave. But through the entire period, the surgery and the post op care, the entire team handled my long recovery and also the anxiety i was dealing with during this period with so much professionalism and care. Dr Bapaye is truly excellent in her field and i am so glad had my surgery at Gems !

Though i did not have any complications during my pregnancy, she explained everything, was always encouraging, positive and made sure she cleared all the doubts we had as a first time parents. I would definitely recommend her.

My baby boy was born in the hands of Dr. Charulata. Her positive attitude and demeanor can put anyone at ease.

She is available and accessible to clarify any doubts which is very important these days.

My experience with Dr. Charu Ma'am during my 2nd preganancy was very good. There are few complications in my preganancy however she handle the things precisely. To the point questions to get idea about your health and crystal clear answers about your queries, these are best things about charu ma'am. I was suffering from menstrual problems for a long period and it was unbearable, moreover I had PCODs issue too. Painkillers stopped working then Dr advised for Mirena projestrone .... She told it will work as "जादूची छडी" . It's been a year now for a procedure, life is much better without a pain... Thanks Doctor ... You are a magician..

Dr is very friendly and positive. Proper sittingArreangwment should be made for telTives of the patient as per keeping social distancing.

Dr. Charulata Bapaye was able to understand my point of view. She did explain well.

At the same time, it was a rushed through appointment, as she had a surgery and was getting calls through the appointment. And had to leave in a hurry eventually. That was disappointing.

As a first time consultation I would prefer that the Doctor is at ease and has enough time to hear me out,as I need to process her advice and have questions in return too. I feel we rightfully deserve the time with the doctor,as a part of the consultation.

So please do not give appointments that one needs to rush through and leave unsatisfied just cos we could not ask our questions. Would appreciate if this is followed up in future.

It is the responsibility of the reception to make sure the patient is well informed and the doctor is not burdened with appointments on days of a surgery lined up. Thank you.
