From where to start.....
Had an appointment with doctor at 7 pm today, reached the location at 6.50. Didn't even get chance to visit the doctor till 7.50 pm.
Receptionist behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional, eve after having an advance appointment via Practo, had to wait as per number, after asking for reasoning, she understood her mistake but even so was rude.
Doctor was courteous and seemed knowledgeable. He was very welcoming while explaining the cause of issue, but the staff was extremely bad.
Had this appointment for an elderly, desperately need change in receptionist only then would recommend. **** **** *** ******* ***** *** ****** ****** ****** ** **********

I am very much thankful to doctor Dushyant khedikar for his efforts in making sure I get my life back I was having a T tube in my throat and the doctor who did the operation told me that it will be always there for entire my life however doctor Dushyant studied my case help me understand the situation and given me enough confidence which help me to sustain the pain of it and then after few weeks with proper analysis he removed that tube and now I am very much happy.
