From entire operation team till doctor's consultation was so in efficient. I booked appointment through practo and they called me to come even 30 minutes before. Patient queue system completely a mess. After very unorganized and undisciplined queue finally they called to do some checkup. Then in between of checkup they asked to wait outside telling checkup needs to be done again after applying drops. From that point till 40 minutes no one even bothered to ask anything untill I went back to reception again to enquire. **** **** ********** ******** **** *** **** ***** ** *****. After back *** ***** *** ***** ******** *** ******* they applied drop and asked to wait again. In that way more 30 minutes i was waiting and finally went to doctor's room to consult. The doctor asked couple of very general questions but her was not ** * ******* even to listen my answers of his questions.on a hurry did a retina test and asked to meet another person to discuss about cost and other procedures. He was not in a position even to describe me. This whole ****** Consulting procedure took me 2 hours and 17 minutes after many confusion. Their entire team has operational and process flaw in them. Not only me, same was happening with other patients bas well. Very inefficient, unorganized *** ************* *** ** ***** * ********* ***** Never recommend.

This was my second visit and as expected it went off flawlessly. The wait time was bare minimum. Tests were done quickly by expert technicians. Further, the final examination, test and consultations were done by Dr Anand Palimkar. He explained the problem and the treatment in a very lucid language and made me at ease. It was a feeling of being in safe hands. I would indeed continue to take treatment from him and given an opportunity, would certainly recommend Dr Anand to my friends and family.

I visited Dr. Snehal for an eye checkup and I’m really happy with the service. She listens patiently and gives clear advice. Her nature is sweet and comforting. She also explained how I can take care of my eyes while working long hours on a screen. *** ** ***** Highly recommended!

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Anand Palimkar. ***** ** ** ***** *** ************ ** ****** **** ** **** ******** ********* ** ************* ** *** ************ ******* After a basic check-up, he simply said there was nothing serious and prescribed an eye drop and gel. I used the medication exactly as advised, but there was absolutely no improvement in my condition.

Later, I consulted another eye specialist *** ********* ********* *** ***** *** ******** ****** ********* * ** ******* *** ***** ************* ** ******** *** ***** ******** ** *** ******** *** ******** ***** ********* *** ***** My visit turned out to be a complete loss of both money and time, and I would not recommend him to anyone seeking help for similar issues.

Overall good experience. Doc is very experienced and clearly understood my issue. The fees are reasonable. Staff is caring and explains well.

My experience with Dr. Snehal Wakchaure was good; the doctor explained everything well. I would recommend the doctor to others and rated the consultation a five out of five. Only the wait time could be improved.

Dr. Anand Palimkar was very helpful and clearly explained the problem and solution. The clinic environment was good, the staff were polite, and the wait time was reasonable. Overall, I felt the experience was worth the fees paid.

I do not recommend Dr. Anand Palimkar because my appointment was changed multiple times, and when I arrived, the doctor was not available and I was asked to see another doctor.
