I have had AS (HLA B27+) for 22 years now. I am diagnosed when I was 10 and right now am 32. My Rheumatologist put me on NSAIDs (sulfasalazine) and as I grew, the disease took a toll on me and the dosage has been gradually increased and there came a saturation point where even pain killers weren’t helping me. I was then put on modern expensive biologic -Enbrel and literally survived on it for close to 8 years. Over the years the disease affected my ankles, knees, hip, neck, shoulder, lower back, spine and not to forget the unbearable butt pain. There were days where I literally used to cry all alone unable to bear the pain and have had countless sleepless nights. The only saving grace was that none of the joints got fused as I tried maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle throughout. Swimming helped me big time.

I got to know about Dr.Syam Bhargavan through a friend and colleague of mine who himself got cured of Rheumatic Arthritis and I visited him in Oct’2015. I was never a firm believer of Ayurveda having tried allopathy for 22 years, homeopathy for 3 years and also naturopathy. Initially, I was apprehensive to try the Ayurveda regime – treatment and the diet having had a prior bad experience with naturopathy. At this point I am off of biologics for 5 months now – never before in my last 8 years and I am about 85-90% symptom free except for manageable neck and hip pain. It’s been 2 months since I completed Panchakarma process and I feel that I am in the right path of symptomatic cure.

its over 4 months now and i waited for the last 120 days before i make a review and not be carried away by the initial relief

RESULTS - now i use the chemical pills not even a quarter of how much i used before that too once in days - to keep my psyche at ease , i climb 60 steps non stop and double brisker than before, i can jog gently up to 1.5 kms non stop , my appetite is much better and i don't sit up at night from sleep , no dry cough and most important --- I feel my life is in my safe hands now and my private family life is also restoring to normalcy.

I have been sufferring from chronic cough during Monsoons for more than 5 years now and the situation had been becoming worse with every passing year so much so that the whole night I would cough my lungs out, getting up from the bed every morning seemed like a challenge which was really making my hopes sink. We did end to end

allopathic treatment (tons of blood tests, bronchoscopy, endoscopy, heavy doses of medication, asthma pumps and what not) But no cause came forward with no relief either. Trust me every doctor that I went to were highly capable and did their best and I could see that but I would suffer from August till november and all the sufferings would make me so miserable and I had to spend time till Jan-feb only recovering from the damage that the cough had caused.

Finally after so many years of suffering and seeing no hopes in Allopathy I chose to make a move to Ayurveda and did some research and found Muppra. I went to Muppra and I was seen by Dr Shyam Bhargavan and he confirmed that its a seasonal allergy and wrote me the course of medication. I was still sceptical on whether this would work as I had never tried ayurveda and spoke to the doctor regarding my aprehensions as well which he calmly heard and advised that I should start with the medication and I would see some results within 10 days, frankly speaking after going through so much trauma I tried not to get my hopes high but followed the instructions religiously and I could feel that my energy levels had started going up and cough has started subsiding within 3-4 days which had never been the case previously and I slowly started getting faith in Ayurveda and I kept moving forward, with every single day passing my condition only improved. I had started my treatment in July this year as the cough started the moment rains started and My cough almost vanished within a month of taking ayurvedic medicine.

I have taken my time to write this review so that I could wait observe any relapse but I am all hale and hearty. I am truly thankful to Dr Shyam Bhargavan.
